The actual size of the video itself is irrelevant for this purpose.
As you can see below, I can make the video any size I like on the page.
But the page visitor has two choices: the size you see here, or full screen.
And full screen doesn’t mean “full size of the browser window.” I wish it did.
It means the whole screen.
Here I have embedded the video in a third of the screen.
It’s probably too small for anyone to want to view it in place.
Here the video has 2/3 of the screen.
Many people will find it large enough, especially if it’s one person talking as in the Players video. It would be OK for TNW, and maybe isn’t ideal for a busier image like this winter slideshow.
